This Privacy Policy explains how Honest Ventures LLC, doing business as OutletRX ("OutletRX," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use outletrx.com, its subdomains, and any affiliated services (together, the "Services"). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Health information you share for care is handled by your providers under their applicable privacy notices; this Policy covers the information OutletRX collects as a technology platform.

Information from others — data from providers, pharmacies, analytics and advertising partners, and social platforms when you interact with us there.

Cookies and advertising

We and our partners may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising on our Services and elsewhere, including interest-based advertising. You can manage cookies in your browser and opt out of interest-based advertising through the Network Advertising Initiative, the Digital Advertising Alliance, and Your Online Choices. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

How we share information

We share information with affiliates and subsidiaries; health care providers and pharmacies to deliver care and fulfill prescriptions; service providers performing functions on our behalf (such as payment processing, hosting, analytics, advertising, customer support, and shipping); and authorities or others when needed to comply with law, enforce our terms, prevent fraud, or protect safety. If our business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction. We may also share information you post publicly and de-identified or aggregated data. We do not sell information that identifies you, such as your name or contact details.

You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages, or by contacting us below. We may still send you operational messages about your account and transactions.

4. California and Nevada privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to access or receive a copy of it; to request correction or deletion; and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Some information, such as medical information governed by health-privacy laws, may be exempt from the CCPA.

Categories of information we may collect include identifiers and contact details, commercial and transaction data, financial information, internet and device activity, general and (with permission) precise geolocation, demographic data, photos you provide, content you post, and customer-service records. We disclose these to the categories of recipients described in “How we share information” above. Online identifiers shared with advertising partners may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under California law; you may use the advertising opt-out tools listed above.

To exercise a privacy right, contact us with your name, the email and address associated with your account, and the right you wish to exercise. We will verify your identity before responding.

Nevada privacy rights

Nevada residents may opt out of any future sale of covered personal information by contacting us. We do not currently sell such information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your account password confidential.
